CAT FOOD - E4

This is my final version of the cat themed TV sting for E4 (I might edit at least two more seconds out of it to bring it down to eight or nine seconds) I have developed the starring role of our cat Butters, I went from simply sticking E4 logos on him to actually having the logo at the bottom of his food bowl.

After looking into working with animals and how best to do so I discovered that there is nothing more reliable than bribing the friendly little feline with treats (food).

So that’s what I did… Observe!

It's good.

Looks like something they'd use, kinda similiar style to ones used before. I like it.

Very nice.....Quite catchy...shame Cats do not work for free!

That cat is nowhere near as cute as he thinks he is. Having said that, I can't fault the idea. Nicely realised, well shot, good choice of music. All in all a pretty good ident. In my humble opinion.

I think its excellent, nice simple idea but it works really well. Not usually a cat fan but he does a good job in the lead role lol

Hi,
I like the idea. It think the images fit well with the music. I like the jumpyness of the video

You've obviously paid attention to the strings, It's definetly something they'd use

Great work - simple but effective. I think you should keep experimenting with the sequence though. Perhaps begin the sequence with your cat looking at the camera (to make the intro more definite and dramatic) then progress on to the accelerated section. Perhaps the cat section might be slowed-down at first and then ramp up in speed to reveal the logo – perhaps suggesting something about the excitement of the cat nibbles and E-4.

I like the idea, the music and the pace of the visual complement each other.
The sequence could be more dynamic if you were to experiment with more than one angle of the cat, perhaps a moving shot. There is a lot of floor space that is not used so a tighter shot would help us to focus more on your logo.

yeah liked it. Agreed with simon in that the cat looking at the camera shot might work well as an opening shot. dont think i would do any temporal changes or introduce other shots though.
